All Returns Require Prior Authorization

Please read carefully. All returns require prior authorization by Electronics Expo. Please call Electronics Expo Customer Service at 1-(800)-252-8841 for a (RA#) Return Authorization Number during our regular business hours of Monday thru Friday from 10am to 6pm ET. Please have a copy of your receipt in-hand when calling and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any item returned without an Electronics Expo (RA#) Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outer double box will be refused.

Return Of New Unopened Items*

Electronics Expo allows you to return any new, unopened factory-sealed merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date. You will be issued a full credit by the same means your payment was made. Actual shipping charges cannot be refunded. You will not be issued a credit for the actual shipping costs. Shipping costs can only be refunded if the return is a result of Electronics Expo error.

Return Of Defective Items

Electronics Expo allows you to return defective merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date. You will be issued a full credit by the same means your payment was made or a defective exchange for a new item can be provided. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Once the item has arrived at our return center, it will be bench tested by a factory-trained technician together with the detailed description you provided us of what is wrong with the item. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing factory supplied hardware and packaging, where there is excessive wear & tear or damaged packaging.

*Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items

The following products are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by the manufacturers' authorized service centers if found to be defective:
  • TV's larger than 20 inches
  • Audio/Video Stands/Furniture (Unopened or assembled)
  • Portable Navigation Systems
  • Any product with a service activation feature (XM & Sirius Satellite Radio Receivers, DirecTv, Tivo, Wireless Phones)
  • Filled out extended warranties
  • Items having their UPC Labels or Bar Codes cut or removed
  • Cut-to-length audio or video cables
  • Physical damaged items after being signed for in good condition

Packaging Your Return

Returned merchandise must include all factory packaging and supplied accessories in its original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. All merchandise returned MUST be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside your shipping box, NOT the manufacturer's box. Any item returned with out an Electronics Expo Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outer double box will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping any return product to the Electronics Expo return warehouse. In the event you are exchanging a defective product for a new product, Electronics Expo will provide and pay the outbound shipping costs for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned with out an Electronics Expo (RA#) Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outer double box will be refused. Any items that were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed actual shipping costs.

Please Note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to Electronics Expo as "refused" or "undeliverable" (excluding freight carrier damaged goods) due to the actual shipping costs incurred by Electronics Expo. You will not be refunded the "to you" & "back to Electronics Expo" actual shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

Items Damaged During Shipping

Please do not sign or accept any package before inspecting it. Upon inspection, if considerable damage is visible to the outer packaging, immediately check the inner contents. If the inner merchandise has been physically damaged, Refuse the Shipment. Once the shipment is signed for, it constitutes the acceptance of the item by you in good condition and the item cannot be returned because of physical damage caused by shipping.

Canceling or Changing Your Order
An order may be changed or voided only if it has not been shipped. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs plus be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to Electronics Expo as "refused" or "undeliverable" (excluding freight carrier damaged goods) due to the actual shipping costs incurred by Electronics Expo. Pricing Policy
At Electronics-Expo.com, we strive to make the shopping experience as easy as possible, while maintaining high standards of customer service and competitive pricing. We are authorized dealers for all products and brands that we carry, and all products are genuine USA retail products, with full USA manufactures warranties. All products include all accessories packaged by the manufacturer for that item, no items are open box or repackaged. We will not contact you after you place your order to try and sell you accessories, warranties or additional products.

The web is full of all sorts of electronics and home entertainment dealers with many prices available. Some are huge dealers with actual stores, and some are fly by night or small time operations. Not all dealers sell the same specific products or are authorized dealers for certain products. Some web dealers may actually be selling you open box, used, gray market items (overseas versions of the same model), or items not acquired through legitimate or authorized channels. Some dealers may advertise products at unbelievable prices, and then not have the order in stock when you order it or try and sell you the manufacturer’s included accessories as optional accessories.

We are constantly researching pricing by other legitimate web dealers and strive to make our pricing as aggressive as possible. We are also researching and working directly with the manufacturer to provide you with the latest pricing and price changes. We also do not charge outrageous shipping prices on our items like some other web dealers may do, and you may actually get a higher total delivered price from them even though their prices may be significantly lower on the item itself.

Generally speaking we do not match the prices of the various other online dealers, for reasons stated above. If all dealers were truly legitimate and provided similar levels of service and credibility, that would be a different story, where aggressive price matching can take place, but that environment does not exist online at this time. If you feel you have found the same product, for a better delivered price and you feel the dealer is a legitimate dealer selling a genuine USA retail product with USA manufacturer’s warranty, with all included manufacturer’s accessories, we will welcome and consider your price inquiry. Please call us directly for any price inquiries related to your purchase.

Our prices are very competitive and frequent price changes will occur on our website. Some items are more aggressive in price changes than others. Currently, we do not have a price protection guarantee and do not offer credit for price changes that have occurred after you have received a purchased item from us.

Shipping Methods & Information
UPS Ground – This is the standard shipping method we use for most items. UPS ground takes from 1-5 business days depending on what part of the country your merchandise is being shipped to. That is time in transit from when we physically ship out your item from our facility and assumes there are no natural disasters, catastrophes or error on the carrier’s part. Please check processing times for any items you order from us.

UPS 2nd Day Air – UPS Ground is not available to HI, AK or PR. Shipments to HI, AK or PR are available through UPS 2nd Day Air only.

This is available for most items available for order. UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are delivered 2 business days after shipment from us, assuming there are no natural disasters, catastrophes or error on the carrier’s part. Please check processing times for any items you order, this will determine when an order ships out from our facility. Selecting 2nd Day Air does not guarantee an item will get priority handling or processing. Normal order processing time still applies. Please call us directly to place such orders.

UPS Next Day Air - This is available for most items available for order. UPS Next Day Air shipments are delivered 1 business day after shipment from us, assuming there are no natural disasters, catastrophes or error on the carrier’s part. Please check processing times for any items you order, this will determine when an order ships out from our facility. Selecting Next Day Air does not guarantee an item will get priority handling or processing. Normal order processing time still applies. Please call us directly to place such orders.

UPS Next Day Saturday - UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, except if you specifically arrange for Next Day Saturday service through us directly while placing your order. If you wish to have an order delivered by a specific Saturday through Next Day Saturday service, please call us directly to place such orders.

Freight Service - Certain items cannot be shipped via UPS because of size, weight and handling considerations. These items will be shipped via motor freight. These items include, but are not limited to, any Television or Display 20 Inches in size and above, Plasma displays, Floor Standing Speakers, Furniture and certain large Home Theater In A Box Systems. You will be informed if an item you ordered will be shipped via special freight. Shipping via special freight takes 7-10 business days depending on location once it leaves our facility and all delivery is considered ‘curbside’ delivery and will not be placed inside your home or building. If you require an item be delivered into a home/building or require faster shipping on a freight service item, please call us directly to place your order and make those specific shipping arrangements.

Shipments to HI, AK and PR are shipped via 2nd Day Air and/or Next Day Service only.

All deliveries, whether via UPS or freight service, must be signed for, no exceptions. All shipments are insured and tracked and we cannot ship an item non-signature required.

Currently we only ship within the United States. We do NOT ship internationally and do not accept international orders or orders placed with non-US issued credit cards. Any international orders or orders placed with non-US credit cards will be cancelled immediately.

We do not ship to:
  • APO / FPO addresses or PO boxes of any type
  • Prison / Correctional Institutions
  • Internationally
We can not use a customer’s own carrier account number (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping an order under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier, or errors on the part of the carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions and standards in your local delivery area.

We cannot be held responsible for errors made directly by the shipping company. If a claim or package tracer needs to be filed because of negligence or error on the carrier’s part, we will assist you in any way possible in obtaining that information. All shipments are shipped signature required and should not be left by the carrier at an alternate address. If a package is not properly delivered due to an error on our part, we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible in whatever manner necessary.

Anti-Fraud Address Verification Policy & Procedure
While we understand this can be an inconvenience, currently this is our best means of protecting you from a third party using your stolen credit card information.

Please read carefully.

Your order will require more processing time (5-7 days) and must go through our Anti-Fraud Address Verification System if you are shipping to an address other than you billing address or if the billing address response from your credit card comes back as a "No Match" for what the bank has on file for you.

BILLING INFORMATION
We strongly recommend you enter your address as it appears on your credit card statement. If you still are not sure of what your billing address is, call your credit cards issuing bank with the number provided on the back of your credit card. Now you are done.

SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN YOUR BILLING?

Here is what you must do.

Make sure your Credit Card Issuer has your alternate "Ship To" address on file!
We strongly recommend you call your credit cards issuing bank first to make sure you could add a secondary ship to address to your account or make special notes on your account of an approved alternate ship to address.

You can now place the online order. Next, after placing the order, email us IMMEDIATELY at avs@electronics-expo.com informing us that you have added the proper information. We then will contact your credit card issuer with the number you provided to us, to verify your information and continue processing the order. Make sure to include your Order Number in the email.

Having Trouble Tracking Your UPS Order?

UPS Order Tracking Troubles?

Placed your order more than four business days ago and still getting, "This order is still being processed." response on our UPS Tracking Screen? Do not worry. Due to the large amount of orders being shipped, there may be instances where the UPS Tracking function is not functioning correctly on our site. Please check your email (also check your SPAM & BULK folders) for an email from UPS QuantumView with your tracking information. This email is sent to you automatically from UPS the evening your order was picked up from our facility. If still unable to find the tracking email, please email cs@electronics-expo.com with your Order Number and request for your tracking information and order status request. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
